ORDER CANCELLATION
Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. There will be cancellation charges i.e. 4% of the paid amount, the rest of the amount will be credited to the original method of payment.
Please allow time for the credit to appear in your account. However, after this time period no refunds are offered.

EXCHANGES
We have a No Refund Policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock.
Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Please allow 7 days for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Products cannot be exchanged at our retail locations. We offer exchanges only if the product delivered is faulty or not according to the details provided.
No exchanges on sale items unless we deliver the incorrect order.
